Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and order information.

5 Star Industries SA (Pty) Ltd does not store customers' online banking login details, passwords, PINs or other banking authentication information.

Payment information is processed through the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Delivery

We deliver products anywhere within South Africa.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 4–5 business days from confirmation of payment and acceptance of the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

• Courier delays;
• Severe weather;
• Public holidays;
• Industrial action;
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• Remote delivery locations; or
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details supplied during checkout are correct.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a customer provides incorrect information resulting in a failed delivery or where special delivery arrangements are required.

8. Inspection of Products

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights a consumer may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Customers should read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

Nothing in our Refund and Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
